برای نشان دادن یک پیام که می تواند خوش آمد گویی ورود شبکه، هشدار کلی به کاربران و... به شکل زیر در هنگام ورود باشدمی توانید به شیوه زیر در GPO سرور عمل نمایید
خروجی در ویندوز 7 به بعد:

برای این منظور دو روش وجود دارد:
اول نوشتن یک فایل در رجیستری GPOکه به کل کلاینت ها اعمال می شه و در روش دوم تغییراتی در Policity سرور.
روش اول:
1- Open Group Policy Management console.
2- Right click on Default Domain Policy and click Edit. (That is just test, if you use practice, please create new GPO)
3- Go to Computer Configuration\Preferences\Windows Settings\Registry.
4- Now create 2 new Registry Item. Right click on Registry, click New and clickRegistry Item.
5- For message header, use:
Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key Path: SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Value name: legalnoticecaption
Value type: REG_SZ
Value data: Your Message Header (For example: Welcome to Contoso Network)
Click OK.
6- For your message Text, use:
Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key Path: SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Value name: legalnoticetext
Value type: REG_SZ
Value data: Your Message Text (For example: This is Test Message)
Click OK.
7- Close GPO Edit and GPMC.
8- Open CMD and run GPUPDATE /FORCE command.

7- Close GPO Edit and GPMC.
8- Open CMD and run GPUPDATE /FORCE command.
روش دوم:
Please follow these step on windows server 2008 machine
Step 1 - Open Group Policy Management Console by typing command “gpmc.msc” on run. -Or- open from Start | Administrative tools | Group Policy Management.
Step 2 - Create a new Group Policy Object by right click on Organization Unit/Domain and click Create a GPO in this domain, -Or- Edit or existing GPO.
Step 3 - Right click on selected GPO then click edit.
Step 4 - Now Navigate to Computer Configuration | Policies | Windows Settings | Security Settings | Local Policies | Security Options
Step 5 - Go to properties by double click on “Interactive logon: Message text for users attempting to log on”
Step 6 - Now tick on “Define this policy setting in the template”.
Step 7 - Type your messages and click Apply and Ok.
Step 8 - Run these below command for forcly update the group policy open Run and type -
"gpupdate /force /boot /logoff" Now domain Controller will automatically logoff.
